Are you ready to rock the new year? What do you need to do to launch into 2022?
Now would be a good time to take a look at what worked in 2021 and what didn’t. There may be things you need to add, drop, revamp, or revisit.
I wrote down a list, as a yearly review of my business. Once you can see it in front of you, you can see what you need to focus on and where you need to shift. It also depends on your goals and your priorities. I was pleased to see that twice as many things worked last year, compared to those that didn’t. My income not only increased, so did my results with my private clients. I’ll count that as a win!
Mapping out a game plan
I then took a good, hard look at what was most important to me in this stage of my life. I also revisited my mission and my services. Were they aligned?
You might want to take a look at:
* Groups and organizations that aren’t providing value for you or that you don’t have time for. This includes online groups.
* Memberships and subscriptions: Do you know how many you’ve signed up for and how many you’re paying for? Are you using them?
* Your website and photos: Do they need an update?
* Your goals and dreams: Do you need to refocus and recalibrate? Are you where you thought you’d be? If not, what do you need to change? Maybe God gave you a new assignment. Do you know what you need to do next?
The last one’s a biggie. It’s why I include coaching or mentoring in everything I do. Yes, therapeutic drumming is a part of this but I found that a more holistic approach was needed to uncover the stumbling blocks and help people move forward.
Stepping it up in 2022
Here’s a motivational video for you with a little bit of what is known as “prophetic drumming.” I prayed for you and these beats came out. They’re pretty powerful and sound like a “Warrior Woman” beat. I think it’s time to step up and activate your God-given gifts, talents, and your mission. If not now, when?
I hope this encourages you. If you need a boost or if your church or organization would like a high-energy, inspirational event, click here to schedule your free call.
